Take the opportunity to make amazing pictures with the guidance of our visionary photographers. Adventure leader Mark Comon will show you the best locations under the right light to create your dream photographs.
Death Valley is a contrast of harsh reality, natural beauty, and extreme challenges. Dry lake beds, steep canyons, and geologic upheaval provide the subject. Early morning and late afternoon sun provide the light of creativity.

Proposed Schedule
- Thursday 1/25 – Lunch meeting and Golden Canyon
- Friday 1/26 – Mesquite Dunes and Rhyolite
- Saturday 1/27 – Zabriskie Point and Devil’s Gold Course
- Sunday 1/28 – Depart

Physical Expectations: Moderate
- Must be able to walk 1 mile across sand
- Hiking boots required
